The Brief
HG is a private equities firm that specialises in technology, services and industrial technology sectors. HG Capital took a second floor at 2 More London Riverside to accommodate their ever-increasing workforce whilst continuing to enjoy the stunning views of Tower Bridge, The Tower of London and the Thames River. One crucial element of their brief was to relocate their meeting suite and reception to the new floor. Also, working with the team to achieve a SKA Gold rating to achieve their sustainability goals.
The Outcome
Stanway successfully delivered both the CAT A and CAT B fit-outs of both floors of London’s landmark buildings. The project was successfully delivered and included installation of Crittall double glazed partitions, seamless solid walls, high end finishes including a herringbone timber floor mixed with stone. The job was completed with plush carpets & Bolon, bespoke joinery & feature lighting.
